2023 National Staff Conference
The CTF/FCE is pleased to welcome you to the 2023 National Staff Conference (NSC). Taking place at the Hilton Garden Inn located in beautiful downtown Ottawa, from November 22 to 24, 2023.
This year’s theme, “In solidarity”, invites us to reflect on ways we can continue to collaborate and share our knowledge as a collective dedicated to strengthening publicly funded public education.
The Conference will address the following topics:
- Building stronger union solidarity

- Professional and Social Issues
This two-and-a-half-day professional development conference unites staff from across the CTF/FCE Member and Associate Organizations and provides a unique opportunity for participants to take advantage of learning opportunities, engage in discussions, share innovative ideas, and create meaningful connections.
