The Canadian Teachers’ Federation is thrilled to see the introduction of a Pan-Canadian School Food Program among other priorities.

The federal government will invest $1 billion, to be distributed by provinces and territories over a period of 5 years.

Canada is the only G7 country without a national school food program.
