Keeping you in the know
Introduction
Hill Day 2009: Child Poverty
Although the responsibility for education lies with the provinces and territories, federal government policies on a host of issues have direct impact on the learning environment in the classroom.
This is why the Canadian Teachers’ Federation holds an annual ""Hill Day"" as a means of involving our elected teacher leaders to communicate and discuss critical issues affecting education with federally elected officials and senior government advisors
