The CTF Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the top policy-making body of the Federation. A budget for the upcoming year is approved, policy priorities are discussed and determined, and elections are held. The President serves a two-year term and a President-Designate is elected for the second year. Vice-Presidents are elected annually.
